We’ll use a 3-step process to ensure your path is the right path for you:
- Clarity: First, we’ll dig deep to fully understand your current position. This is about understanding the context, where you are now, and what really matters to you.
- Choices: Next, we’ll explore and evaluate all options available to you, including some you might not have considered or don’t currently believe are possible for you.
- Commitment: Finally, we’ll develop a structured plan that allows you to move forward with confidence and conviction.
This methodology is informed by over 25 years of industry experience, leading large teams in high-pressure, high-performance environments.

This coaching programme is targeted specifically to senior professionals who are committed to turning uncertainty into decisive action and are ready to invest in the right support to help them get there.
Career transitions aren’t about quick fixes and knee-jerk decisions. My coaching is based on a minimum 3-month commitment, with most clients choosing to work with me for at least 6 months.
I work on a monthly retainer basis. Your investment is £600 per month, or £3,000 for 6 months. This includes VAT at 20%.
This investment covers:
- 2 high impact coaching sessions
- Action-planning
- Regular accountability check-ins
- Unlimited ad-hoc support as required
Note: I keep my client book small to ensure that I can provide the support that you need. If you’re working with me, I’m in your corner!
