  • An initial meeting to explore how we could work together. No charge, no obligation, no sales pitch.

  • A contract that sets out how I’ll work with individuals or teams within your business.

  • Regular updates on how the programme is progressing, whilst respecting the confidential nature of a coaching relationship.

  • Clear pricing, agreed at the outset.

If you’re being coached, you can expect:

  • Full confidentiality between us.

  • Regular coaching sessions, either face to face or online, to suit your preference.

  • Regular accountability check-ins between sessions, and contact whenever you need it. I’m in your corner!

  • An Action Plan to track your progress against your specific development objectives.

  • A DISC personality profile report to support your self-awareness and inform our work.
